The freezing point is -1℃，the thermal property is equivalent to lean beef.

c. Packaging material is a thin layer of plastic or with appropriate materials which can do medium vapor exchange with the environment.

d. M package means the 500g test package, it equipped with a thermocouple in the geometric center to measure the temperature. The thermocouple contact the package directly, also should make the heat conduction on the outside to reduce to the minimum, the length of the thermocouple is 3.5m.
